Firestoke is a new independent game publisher founded by industry veterans with a proven track record of business growth and success. We love games that take us on a journey and we love nostalgia. We want to publish games that bring people together, that can be played with our families and friends and which have a positive impact on our lives.
If you are excited by the chance to join a startup team with big ambitions and strong backing then we’d love to speak with you. We offer the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a successful future for Firestoke and our developers.
Responsibilities
The Senior Producer will be responsible for all aspects of both internal and external project management, our publishing processes and the production team. You will work across the full spectrum of production from leading strategy, to day-to-day implementation. You will lead the support of our external development partners, whilst also supporting our internal publishing team by providing project management and process/structure where required. Given the founding nature of this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider business in support of other functions and activities.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, share options, generous holiday allocation, flexible working, monthly hot desk contribution (if required) and a friendly and respectful culture. Most of all we offer the opportunity to help build a company that brings joy to a global audience.
Firestoke has been founded by a small, dedicated team. We are now looking to attract others who share a passion for our audience and our games. We are a UK company operating on a fully remote basis and are therefore pleased to accept candidates from any location.
