Senior Producer

Responsibilities

The Senior Producer will be responsible for all aspects of both internal and external project management, our publishing processes and the production team. You will work across the full spectrum of production from leading strategy, to day-to-day implementation. You will lead the support of our external development partners, whilst also supporting our internal publishing team by providing project management and process/structure where required. Given the founding nature of this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider business in support of other functions and activities. 

• Own and lead our production strategy as it applies to both external and internal project management.
• Produce the required production plans, processes and documentation and lead implementation, including creating and managing project budgets.
• External project management on a number of concurrent projects, anticipating production challenges/roadblocks and working individually or in partnership to support our development partners in achieving their goals on time.
• Manage the full procurement and supplier journey for QA, Localisation, Porting partners across multiple titles.
• Manage the Certification, Submission and Release Management processes across multiple games and platforms simultaneously. 
• Grow the production team in step with the needs of the business.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a senior role delivering project management in the video games industry for PC and Console platforms and ideally in a publishing organisation.
• Excellent skills in communication, process design, project, people and budget management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them in an agile manner to a diverse range of projects.
• Extensive experience working with Project Management software such as Jira, Perforce, Trello, Notion and platform publishing portals.
• Highly motivated with outstanding attention to detail. Great at solving complex problems. Capable of working independently and within small teams with minimal direction.
• Knowledge and understanding of the game development process across multiple genres and passionate about indie games.
• Ability and desire to travel to quarterly team meetings and industry events.
• Fluent English.
